New Patch, called quarantine mode.
Basically a bunch of people are initially infected with a virus then they have to spread it around to as may people as they can before 2 minutes are up. Zombies have 700+ health and 10x more sprinting stamina.
One tip is to equip a machine gun and hide in a spot with few access points so you can blast them away as the zombies come near.
