OK. How do you skin exactly??

I've asked people outside of LFSNZ to tell me and have gotten no help. I have no clue how to do this. The one color cars are a bit boring after so many hours. People have only told me to download the file not where to put it. Thanks.

If you have some new skin files, you place them here:

LFS_Directory/data/skins/

Then if your LFS is open, close and re-open it and you should be able to apply the skin.

Also, to make it so everyone can see your skin, with your S2 license you can login to LFSWorld - www.lfsworld.net. Open up My Online Car Skins - You'll see a list of cars. Click browse, and select your skin, then upload.

Have a go - post back if you hit any problems

start with these templates for photoshop they are they biz! http://www.lfs-gear.com/kitz.html also has tutorials.

or use gimp coz its free and it can open psd files.

Well I guess what I should have asked was where can I get pre-made skins I can copy and put in the skin folder. I'm not an artist.

just open up photoshop and get the spray painter and crank out a camo job hahaha
