Heres hoping to get to the billion lap markgoop wrote:PS Guys like thornz and I (particularly me, probably) have done a billion laps at this track, so guys, don't beat yourselves up if you're a little bit slower. It just takes time, and a complete lack of social life![]()
Haha, yeah the first lap wasnt to flash for me. Was involved in two seprate pile ups, one at the first corner, and then the second big one at the end of the straight. Managed to pick up some damage as well which made the car a little difficult to drive, but oh well, thats racing. I dont know wether I would have been able to beat you anyway goop, you were absolutley flying!goop wrote:+1 - Thanks very much for organising this event Kwak and LFSNZLightnTangy wrote:I'd like to thank the LFSNZ guys for hosting, its great fun and a good chance to compare yourself to the rest of the New Zealand/ Australian community.![]()
I think the Bad Luck Award should go to Thornz. I thought he more-or-less had this event in the bag.
I haven't watched the replay, but it seemed the holes that I snuck through on the first few laps had closed by the time you got there.
BTW, I ended up on R1s on the front, with R2s on the rear. It made it a bit taily when it was heavy and cold, but the tyres lasted through my rough-as-guts wheel-hacksawing pretty OK.
Thanks again all, had a good night/afternoon. Go A-Team - "I love it when a plan comes together!"

4aged is the man with the points system, it is going to be run a little different this year and is going to be a lot bigger.LightnTangy wrote:I was just wandering, is there some sort of Official score board or ranking system? Or is it more individual races then a championship we are worried about?
