What kind of numbers on the grid are there these days? I'm just worried this slow laptop can't handle it that's all.

There's a new Lapper command as well......!kms

If you type "!kms <number>", then it will set the number of laps based on the llength of the track, so !kms 5 at a 1 km track would set laps to 5.

Hey dude, we're usually below 10 people, but I reckon you could adjust most of your GFX settings down to the minimum levels to help speed things up. In game, go to the options, and just hunt around for anything you can set to 'low' or move the sliders to the left. I race off a laptop (albeit a reasonably well loaded one) and manage just fine. Having a net cable plugged in rather than relying on the wifi really helps too.

For all those not worried about GFX performance, please dont forget to check out my newly uploaded hi-res texture pack. It involves all cars and all tracks, so should make your racing even more immersive!
