The two tyre stacks on the chicane need to be bolstered with a few more tyres, or bales, or something, to discourage this practice. Relying on honour probably wont be enough as its so easy to 'accidently' drift wide on the first right hand part of the esses and finish with an advantage. Plus the further left you push it, the faster you can go, so there will be people deliberately pushing the boundaries of what is constituted as cutting.
There is an arguement, that altering the track layout, affects any practice youve been doing. However, there is a counter arguement to that, which is that you shouldnt be practicing cutting
