I'm starting to like this series. One thing thats showing up is how the RB4s burn through their tyres on the fast cornered tracks as they buggered off at the start and we managed to reel them in after lap 10 or so. Lots of weight in that car to push around I reckon. That being said, my rears in race 2 went off about halfway through and I had to slow down for 6 or 7 laps till they came back on, oddly enough just as the chasing bunch appeared in my rear view mirror.

The next race wih tight, slow corners and long straights might be a different story.

So how is the next couple rounds going to work as so2 and so3 dont have pits will they just be 3 or 4 shorter races?

heres a fly in the ointment...wouldn't it be better to go through all the Locales using track 1, then 2 etc, so it would go:

so1, fe1, ky1, as1, we1, so2, fe2, ky2, as2, so3, fe3 etc

p.s. i reckon the tracks with no pits we make 100 lap enduros that you need to run one 1 set of tyres and a full tank

"DRUNK"
enduros seem to really bringing out everyones skills to stay on the leading lap after 40 laps

was a tyre battle for me
was a excellent test of lot of variances between the cars
minimum slip/grip racing is where it at in that tyre battle
the fact that lfs can give you that fine line to try and drive on is awesome
feeling the mini speedway endros that put this into effect....
but also starting to feel a (must have a reverse gear :) lean to having a no reset
specially in the longer races ...by all means pull out out of the pits again
and try and get back into a battle ( but dont take them out)
know we just voted but could be tryed in endro series

track
back to the city again
should be a rb4 point n shoot slaughter .."i think "
could be worse
we could be facing 4wds on the dirt...........oh thats right we just done that :)

o.t
is it possible to turn off you lap counters/timing/split system in the top corner?
eg remove everything on screen

even more ot cos im poosed
can you add barriers/chichanes/ etc to existing tracks. to create different race lines
can you allow no race line for all players
whats every ones deal on the ABS light kinda anoys me but I am used to it off and havent
really tried abs on... my cars (rl) dont have abs so not a habbit i wana get into
just happed to notice few running abs in that replay

anyway all round excellt battles throu the ranks and countrys :)
and just so evey one knows
if your coming up on me blue flag/or no blue flag ...and catching me very fast
im not guna slow and pull over at the point that you catch me
i will be staying on the race line untill a sensible passing spot
where if the passer hasnt already broke race line will slowly and safely move off race line
and probally shortshift or button off
if seeing this make sure to maintain race speed and line in confidence that
im not about to dive bomb up in ya or try n take the race line
upon making slow progress to catch me
expect room to move with slightline blockage if ya showing signs
of making a move(blockage being holding a stable line into corner .e.g center.)
and all going well holding that line around corner leaving room and not weaving
of course all of this depends on every think goeing well at my end
if auctually hit by me it is of course my fault
ill make i clear .it will never be on purpose and having to say soz actually ends up with me making another mistake
so a :) from me does not mean that i am happy i took you out
it means that i extremly glad this isnt r.l and that i havent had to learnt this lesson in real life
KRONIK looks at kiwis reverse out of his pack n save car park into a tens of thousands of dollars of
starion/s4 rx7 n celica gt4s (trade me prices of couse)
dont worry bro ... i can say with confidence that in the heat of the moment i would be sailing in your boat too
if mike didnt die when he it ya ...he would of when i T boned his drivers door
ALWAYS A GOOD LEASSON TO LEARN IN A SIM
and at the end of the day i actually think i prefer chasing than getting tailed
speciallly with the lag going on at the mo.its unreal sitting that close with minimal lag

thinking ...just as drivethroupenalty has seemed to improve the consistancy
maybe no reset will work wounders for polite driving
i think a yellow would actually mean a yellow in this enviroment

not drive full noise into someone like i did tonight at gokarts :)

postive note
nanarei (jordan) (moved into next to me... using my conection)
finally joined online 2nite
having had s2 for a while had only ONLY! jamed blackwood with xrt
jumped into the go kart and managed to lap allrite after 20mins warm up
upon bending his car decided to spec rather than make a mess
(funney noted that the times/laps/splits/lapper pop up was extremly distracting to him also)
probally just MRTs twich that is really to blame

like i said its the lock that throws me....probally couldnt have picked a more diffent handling cars to
run semi back to back like this.....
and while its confession hour
once excited about the prospect of racing twice a week has had me come to a realisation that
i really have only enought spare time to set up for one or the other
my problem and is a shame but reality so im drawn to wards the worldseries ....and lol
my wk drinks are always on a thursday wether i like it or not
so distractions are hard to avoid on thursdays
hence the mistakes
and the drawn out post ;)
