What about swerving to get them out of your draft ( usually when they are far enough behind not for you to hit them)

usually if you clip someone then just give them a bit of space

These are MNR's rules/guidelines, but yes, if there car lengths between you then fair game to move accross the track, but once they are close enough to overtake, one move is allowed.
