I had the most fun Ive had in a while on LFS. The May Mayhem has been a bit of a let down as I never really felt competitive and got left behind most races. In this one I felt like at least I could keep up with the pack!
Had some great battles with Krayy and Steala in race 1. Race 2 was an epic battle with 4aged until we 'simu-pitted' and he tried to outdrag me down the pit exit road before the speed limit line
Also had a brilliant battle with Chris on the last two or three laps. I think we traded places three times before I finally squeezed past on the back straight on the last lap. We crossed the line about 0.05 seconds apart after he got a better drive out of the very last turn too!
Auto X will be interesting. Red barriers of death waiting to greet anyone who makes even a tiny error!

Yeah had some awesome battles in those races
Think its definitely time to buy a new pc before I throw this one out the window
Just couldn't handle 10 other cars going into that chicane after the big straight with me being at the back... Locked the rears, caught that again so I wouldn't go into the barriers and had to go through the tyres
But yeah enjoyed that battle with Dyno
4aged, I just added up my points to double check them, came up with 116. Double checked it and got the same result. I dunno if you want to go over them again to make sure they're all good. If its my mistake somewhere just let me know where, cheers

just did a recount with calulator and got 115. I think its Round 4 where in race 1 you and wildboy got identical fastest laps so I split the points 1 each instead of each getting 2 points.
Thats the only place i can think of where points are funny.

PITA for me this round lol! have to manually set it up and records results ect.....
- so there are a number of ways we can do this, So I found this site challonge.com which can do various types of matches including elimations, round robin and this Swiss System :S - I think we will go with this
as its 1v1 i thought we could do double elimination (2 loss and you are out) untill and winner is decided....problem is you dont end up with a nice order 1st...9th or whatever to assign points for the World Series round 8. Round robin ends up too long, everyone races everyone once, so if there is 9 racers there is 9 round of 4 races each and goes on total points scored from each race(2-win 1-2nd 0 for DNF) but there is still lots of ties down the results table when I do dummy results.
Swiss System for 9 racers there are 4 rounds of 4 races and you still do the 2=win 1=2nd 0=DNF points in each race, CHALLONGE.COM works out the results at the end and resolves any ties for us magicly, so we get a nice finish order for the normal 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 points we usually have for World series
We could do 2 or 3 rounds of this with another 10,9,8,7.... set of points available. will do fastest lap time in each round as well.

sounds like the best way to do it, everyone gets same ammount of races per round (3).

As i wont make this round due to work....... I think the best points system would be one where the winners get less points then the people at the back of the field
This would work qutie well i think
