Just came back from 10 pin bowling / Doctors.

TORN CARTILAGE in my left knee (lost the inside one in the 80's)(yeah i'm old).

Hurts like hell.

But will be racing in the dirt.

Oh but bowled a 188 average for the night.

Life sucks over 45 + a few LOL
Hell mate thats some serious bad luck!!

Sorry cant comment with you on the "Life sucks over 45 + a few" but I can say that 45 + 1yrs is better than its ever been.......especially now the remaining young men I once called kids prefer me not to mow the lawns or lift anything too heavy (2 back operations back in '05) apart from my fishing tackle box lol. I have had to give up squash due to smashin my knee but hey I've picked up bush walkin with my betrothed lol so there's an upside to that aswell.....life certainly has its peaks and valleys and for some way more than others but mate if it gets much better than this I may need to get some medication!!!

Yep it sucks, And the x-ray shows it's not the micro op but have to open up as the inside doesn't have one, LOL

Upto 4 months off work (I really can't see that working out for my business), So will just strap it and hope for the best.

Doing alot of that.

"ice where ya can" thats easy, it's in the Rum LOL.

Been given this Herbal Liniment.

ZEN

BL*&DY does the trick, yeah I can still feel it if I straighten the leg, but otherwise it's the BOMB.

Relieves the symptoms of:
Arthritis - Rheumatism - Sporting injuries - Fractures (not sure about that LOL) Dislocations - Bruises - Sprains - Muscle Spasms

Just incase anyone is looking for something to help.

BL2 will be fun I feel, And for the few that need to relearn to take the corner at the end of the back straight without putting all 4 wheels on the grass will be fun to watch (Rule C4). Will get into the practicing when the knee settles down abit.

Hmmm migth do it now (not much work on today).

Haha yeah, I was going to ask how you guys feel about going onto the grass there. But no need to ask that anymore :D

Though technically you are making the track longer by going out onto the grass. So I think it should be allowed. If it was f1 they would do it haha :P

Love to see a F1 do it LOL.

It's just one of the rules so people stay on the track.
