+1 - Thanks very much for organising this event Kwak and LFSNZ
I think the Bad Luck Award should go to Thornz. I thought he more-or-less had this event in the bag.
I haven't watched the replay, but it seemed the holes that I snuck through on the first few laps had closed by the time you got there.
BTW, I ended up on R1s on the front, with R2s on the rear. It made it a bit taily when it was heavy and cold, but the tyres lasted through my rough-as-guts wheel-hacksawing pretty OK.
Thanks again all, had a good night/afternoon. Go A-Team - "I love it when a plan comes together!"

Haha, yeah the first lap wasnt to flash for me. Was involved in two seprate pile ups, one at the first corner, and then the second big one at the end of the straight. Managed to pick up some damage as well which made the car a little difficult to drive, but oh well, thats racing. I dont know wether I would have been able to beat you anyway goop, you were absolutley flying!
Sadly I agree about way too much time spent on this track inparticular, would hate to think how manyhours of my life has been spent chaing tenths of seconds round here!

nice event, yea i got hit at t1, then ran out gas blabbing away, missed my pit stop, got pushed to pits thanks swivel! was going nicely then hit tyres and damged car

so another pit, then towards end of the race i think i had engine damge and could only get to about 206 on the back straight lol.
fun evetn all around.
I have been discussing this blue flag rule thoughout this week, with swivel in particular, I have the same viewpoint as the arc guys, but im not making the rules from just what I think so we have to go with what has been decdied by the admins as a whole. Thats all from me on that.
i think these rules/guidelines will be published on the forum soon.
looking forward to south city!!!

Was great fun.
Sorry to every one that was a part of the first lap pile up, i went up tight on the corner to give race space clipped the grass and spun.

I was just wandering, is there some sort of Official score board or ranking system? Or is it more individual races then a championship we are worried about?

Hey Guys. Had a great time last night. First big race for a long time and first ever in the open wheeler. I managed to hold position even when I had to park on the side of the main straight so I could run and turn the lights on for my son who is scared of the dark lol
RE the blue flag thing. I'm in 2 minds. LFS rules have always stated that if being blue flagged by the game, you should let the following driver past when practical. That doesn't mean that the passing driver should dive for the apex from 3 miles back and expect to get away with it. Odds are, if an accident is going to happen, then it will happen when a slower driver trys to change his line mid corner because your behind him.
In my opinion, the game has a blue flag. Keep your binds to your self.

4aged is the man with the points system, it is going to be run a little different this year and is going to be a lot bigger.
Each race is sliightly different from the next, but we will have a "Year Points Winner", which will be the total points gained throughout the year, each series will have a series winner and that is the trophies you see on peoples signatures. Also series's will have team's too, which is the two drivers points added together. Teams can change from Series to series.
