Round 4: AS5 Grand Prix 8.802 km x2 10 lap sprints, Reverse grid 2nd race, No pits required

We are using our weight handicapping system again.
Restart Policy: 1 restart per race, if 2 or more cars are affected significantly in the first lap admins will make a descion weather or not to restart the race.
