Yeah same, I texted Kwak as well.. no reply. I don't have 4aged's number or thorns. Hopefully all are OK.

Vodafone did say their network is overloaded due to all the calls so I suspect our texts have not gone through

Lets hope and pray that the reason is overload.

I'm here, house damaged as I'm probably within 4km's of the epicentre! Can't find the cat, she will be fine. Families all good, have heard from 4aged, but in saying that haven't recieved any texts from mik and steala, so heres hoping! I know he works in town in building, but pretty sure its a newer building, will let you know. Alot of houses don't have power, so we are staying at my partners mums house who has power. At work now, so keeping busy, but so sad and scary, on the way out to work, which is 1km away from the sept 4th epicenter, I saw wellington rescue crew and ambluances and then going the other way was the army. So that makes it very real!
