So im addicted to buying sim racing gear
Recently bought a new Sparco P310 Touring car wheel. Same one as half the V8 Supercar teams use. See here.
It finally arrived today, so Ive been working on it setting it up. Feels so great, I think its a little lighter then the g25 wheel but the suede feels great in your hands
The way it all works is i bought the wheel from Sparco's online store in the US. But the wheel wont fit straight on. So there are a few people out there that make adapters for real wheels. Found this guy called Chilicoke, Google him if you wanna check him out. He sells adapters for g25s and g27s. So i bought one of those as well.
Took some pics in the process of putting it together so you guys can have a look
Wheel being unboxed
The adapter and the wheel
And the complete wheel
Actually havn't driven with the wheel yet, will get on with that now!

Re: Sparco P310 wheel
Looks good.
Are the paddles easy enough to reach? Look quite set in from the wheel rim.

Re: Sparco P310 wheel
Yeah paddles are okay. I have fairly big hands so its not too bad. Though i wouldnt mind if they were a tad bigger
Re: Sparco P310 wheel
As am i Chris After seeing this nice wheel that you have i went and brought and adapter from chili-coke and wheel myself along with a bucket seat from autobahn. Now planning on a load-cell Mod for my g25 pedals, and a Button box from that site you posted The button box will probably be the last thing on my list and when i have that I'll be commencing on a full cockpit build, that i hope to have finish by the end of the year When i get to the cockpit stage ill be posting some photo's of the build. Re: Sparco P310 wheel
I ended up buying paddles from Derek Speare as they were a little cheaper. 'Twas a mistake Turns out the quality of the product is also a little cheaper. They are fiberglass paddles. No finish to them, just like a stencil cut out. Sharp edges and they are very flimsy. So now Ive had to go and order some from Chilicoke. His are aluminium with a black finish. Hopefully these will do the job. Learned a life lesson there lol
