Do I have to do anything to enter this series ?, or just turn up ?

(off to get some practice, as i'm REALLY rusty since leaving the UK!)

Just done 20 laps, with race fuel and R3's (which don't get hot enough really... but slide like hell), and can do 38 - 39 second laps... but christ, after 60, i'm going to be, well, erm, exhausted I think!

Just turn up buddy, do yourself a favour though and install ventrillo to keep your finger on the pulse ingame even if you dont have a mic as it slows down the event if admins have to type instructions. re-post for ip and port no's if you dont have them and they will be pm'd.

PS most of us regulars are still quite rusty lol

yea just turn up man, i did some more laps this morning...how can you use r3s! i can't get r2's warm enough and they slide. R1's definitly for qual. I did a 33 or 34.60 (cant remember) on them this morning.....AI are still faster than me i think i will need to use r2 in race or take it easy with r1's they seem to wear so fast though i can only get like 3 laps out of them

P.S swivel the server keeps spamming "you took 0 seconds to get to 100km/h" , doesn't go away when you block messages either :S

Lol@steala, spammin shouldnt be there whilst in race dude or in practice but have had it appear while idle or at race end....dont think its a server prob.

Already got Ventrillo installed from the last and very brief time I turned up to an Rfactor night with you guys!

Had a bit more of a play with setup last night, and yes, your right, r3's are not the right tyre for the race ! ,

I too managed a 34.5 on R1's with a shed load of downforce on the car... don't know how you're getting 33's !!!!

With race fuel and R2's I was getting reasonably consistent 35's.... hmmm, will do some more practice tonight

Just on that note regarding "LFSLAPPER", I was on a conedodgers server I think it was, and they had a Pit board Display come up after each lap, very cool! Would be great to get this flash Insim extra........ Will search for it again in the morning before work.
