all about tyre pressures mate and camber. i had no idea we were doing s01 and had to pit. i thought it was s02r and no pits lol i made my setup for that... joined on last 5 minutes of qualifying, realised there had been the change, quickly reversed my cambers, reversed tyre pressures.
just set the pressures so they dont go above 60, harder the tyre less it heats up... for the particular circuit, say so1, it is mainly left turn track, so set your outside tyres (right side) harder pressure, they wont have as much grip but they will last.
then you have to consider camber, harder the tyre less contact patch so set the camber less aggressive, you dont want to be braking and only using the inside part of your tyres you want them to squish to a flat surface under braking. also set your outside tyre camber more aggressive than your inside.
its all easy to adjust be pressing f9 in game you can see exactly the tyre temp and camber contact patch.
last night i had my tyres on about half total pressure. sometimes they got to 69 i had to ease off the acceration out of bends. and they would have easilly lasted the full 50 laps but i didnt know we had to pit till ''LFS SWIVEL- RACEFACTORY- you know you have to pit mate??'' ''f***!'' .
thats how i to get them to last anyway mate,,, you want all the tyre same temperature if you can but inside tyres will always be cooler and unevenly worn.
good luck!
