Well... as I said the other night, I want to buy or build a race frame.(partly because my computer disk is falling apart from the force feedback!) Theres "PRO'S" and "CONS" with both buying and building one. So I spend about 3hours yesterday doing the "Google" thing. Results:
1. http://www.interactiveracing.com/Chassi ... Frame_Pro/
Good alround setup, compact, light, but.... expensive! and havent got a reply back yet regarding shipping to NZ
2. http://gtrevolution.com/
Very similar to previous, but more simpler. Email them, reply:
Hello Kris,
We do ship worldwide from our office in China. We do not sell the Gtrx-01
without the seat! If you are interested to purchase a complete unit,
please let me know.
Regards,
Johnny
I asked if it would be easier to ship without a seat, as I can pick one up here. I emailed back regarding price, waiting to hear back.
3. http://www.bobearlracing.com/
Awesome little setup, I really like this one, and good for price, shipping? Waiting on reply.
4. http://www.hyperstimulator.com/personal/personal.html
Wow! very big setup! and very big price! there is local dealers in NZ too. But to pricey!
5. http://www.vrconcepts.co.nz/index.php?i ... ncrement=8
I like these setups too. VR Racing Cockpit - Black , they also have a g25 adapter to attach the gearshift to. Not bad on price either.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT.......

Re: RACE FRAME
build your own mate. there are enough pictures to get a design from. here is some stuff that should make it easy to help you make it out of alloy. http://www.durafix.co.nz/index.php

Re: RACE FRAME
if your mate is a welder, he will hate that product unless he has used it after spending years to learn welding, wouldnt you hate it too? i have only known one person to use it and he says ts as easy as it looks on the demo vids.
