New LFS version out (not s3, not test patch)

Hi Guys. Not sure on the compatability of this version with z28, but im sure everyone will be keen to upgrade. How would this work with the world series currently in progress if some people want to ugrade sooner?

Hey dyno, I believe most will upgrade their clients so we have upgraded our servers as well...
