MY point was I have never raced with it off! wouldnt trust myself! I dont always watch it tho, I always go by gearing. I learn what gear I can take each corner at and then work out braking and entering speeds.

only use it for unfamiliar tracks cause i find the red zones are allways inaccurate anyway.

yea they are pretty off aye, that how what i use to judge brake points - how far into the red zone i am before braking.

I find it really annoying, and alot of the time I find my line is different to the suggested and I brake later then recommended, so I always have it off. For brake markers I just use the distance to corner signs, like 100m 50m etc... or in between 2 signs with some corners
