Sorry for being a muppet, but have extracted them all to a folder. But all that shows up in that folder is two files, a BIN file, and a CUE file. Any suggestions?

Use daemon tools to setup a virtual CD drive and mount the .cue file.

yea those bin and que files are CD image files, either use that software that steala mentioned or use nero or similar to burn to cd.
