Yep, I don't think Telecom shape FTP port (which by default is 21).. They are expecting traffic over HTTP (web browser, port 80) and Torrents (which are various ports).

Thats about right, As i have a 800k up (80kb/s) so nice to see it's a little higher.

ya need a static IP man, how much do your ISP charge for them? ive seem some ISPs charge like a 1 off $10 fee or somthing.
