Well I can go 25MBps down and 2MBps up with Telecom.

Installation - $800.00. (this is a minimum install cost and will depend on Fibre and ducting to site)

Hell no. I'm happy with 16Mbps down and 945kbps up ($59 for that and 40gigs is enough for me)
