				Yep, I don't think Telecom shape FTP port (which by default is 21).. They are expecting traffic over HTTP (web browser, port 80) and Torrents (which are various ports).

				Had to upgrade my broadband plan this month - did some downloads over the past week... now on the Litespeed 20gb plan.. 10mbps rated download and 2mbps rated upload.

				ya need a static IP man, how much do your ISP charge for them? ive seem some ISPs charge like a 1 off $10 fee or somthing.

Only thing the Big time plan doesn't allow is a Static IP.
I don't mind it changing.
