$160,000... its not bad. You also needed a section to put it on so you would be looking at around $360,000 all up i'd say.. yeah.. that is quite cheap

oh was it sold without the section! i thought it was all part of it on a section up in northland somewhere

Ah no, I hear on the radio alot thought it was section etc as well.
